Rapid Proof Warehouse and Delivery Update (Tuesday, 11 January 2022)
Like many Australian businesses, we've been impacted by supply chain issues in recent weeks. As a leading Australian distributor of rapid antigen test (RAT) self-test kits, we know that each order received by our warehouse is essential to helping our customers spend time with loved ones, return to work or keep their business open.
As you may be aware, previously reliable critical supply chains for TGA approved RAT kits have been under pressure, which has negatively impacted our ability to deliver your order on time.
Following the Christmas/New Year holidays, our Melbourne warehouse also had to temporarily close because of COVID ‘close contact’ protocols. We are still operating short-staffed despite our best efforts to keep delivering to you at this time.
Despite many events being out of our control we are committed to fulfilling your order to the best of our ability.
For customers who have recently purchased Roche or V-Chek RAT Self-Test Kits
These orders will be picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse in the coming week. You will receive an email and/or SMS update when your order is dispatched with tracking information (and a link to safe drop or redirect your order as required).
For customers who have recently purchased Hough Pharma RAT Self-Test Kits
We regret to advise that our Hough Pharma distributor has not been able to deliver the products, this has negatively impacted our ability to deliver your order on time. So you are aware, these products were ordered last year and paid for in full however we have not received them. We are very disappointed. Your options are as follows:
- Option 1: Guaranteed Delivery of TGA approved RAT Self-Test Kits by end-January (or sooner for most customers). We will dispatch either your Hough Pharma RAT kit or an in-stock TGA approved substitute (OnSite, Roche or V-Chek). All substitutions are TGA approved and have the same or higher price than the Hough Pharma RAT kit.
- Option 2: Refund. You may request a refund, and impacted customers will be refunded over the coming weeks.

If we do not receive a response from you by that time, we will automatically process your order as Option 1.
Australia Post Delivery Update
Where possible, we are also upgrading all orders to use Australia Post Express Post or same-day delivery services at no additional cost. All orders are also being placed in special 'COVID Priority' cages to expedite your RAT kit order processing by Australia Post.
We appreciate the frustration that these delays may cause and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience it causes to you at this very challenging time.
